Former Duns man Matthew Ferguson hit the killer goal to send The Wilgar men to their first league defeat of the season.
Dundela had the lions share of the opening exchanges with Murdock and Hughes having good chances but were unable to convert.
The misses become vital as Matthew Ferguson hit his old club were it hurt with the opening goal after a neat turn and finish.
Dundela had a great chance to level before the break when they were awarded a penalty but Hughes weak effort was easily saved.
HT 1-0
The second half was one of frustrations for The Duns as try as they might they just could not break the home defence down and indeed could have fallen further behind but for a goal line clearance.
Jay Magee came close for Dundela before Black had a shot blocked and shortly after Calvert’s ball in to the box looked certain to bring a goal but no one was on hand to get a touch and The Whites saw out the remaining time to remain top of the table.
FT 1-0
